Description Technical Specs   Our Band Deadlift Pegs are a very affordable solution to creating a band deadlift platform. One order is a set of 4, with 4 holes in each plate to mount. Regular band deadlift platforms are about 4' deep, which is a good distance to place these apart. If you have any questions on how to mount or measure don't hesitate to contact us [email protected] The only difference between these and the full platform is the framework. You will get the same benefit either way. If you have a platform made up already out of wood, I suggest 3/8" lag screws or just bolt straight through. If you just have stall mats on the ground and a place to mount these, I suggest 3/8" concrete anchors, at least 3" long if you have 3/4" stall mats. Adjust accordingly if larger. You want the bands to rest right on the end of your olympic bar, grippable space, or on the 2.5" ring where the plates stop. Design change was unexpected October 25, 2019 Reviewer: Alan from SACRAMENTO, CA United States   I like these a lot but the design has changed since my last order. The peg now sits closer to the base than the original design which doesn't allow the band to fit between the peg and a stall mat (I drill the band pegs directly into the wood by cutting out a section of stall mats). Now I have to drill the bands pegs on top of stall mats. Was this review helpful to you?

Great product and quick delivery April 18, 2017 Reviewer: Brandon Stout from Dayton, OH United States   These band pegs were perfect for my DIY deadlift platform. They have solid welds, even coating, and lay perfectly flat on my platform. They are long enough that if installed in the right location on your platform, you can have the bands laying across the knurling, the collar, or the sleeve behind a plate or two. Also, they were delivered much quicker than the 3-4 weeks as advertised, but that may differ depending on their availability. I highly recommend these band pegs. Was this review helpful to you?
