Great addition to my home gym September 6, 2020 Reviewer: James Van bus kirk from Tilton, NH United States   I've had this bar for about 3 weeks now and it's a great addition. Love the fat bar, powder coating is great for gripping the bar.i would recommend this bar for people looking to improve grip/ tricep . An Essential Piece For Triceps Work... August 11, 2019 Reviewer: Tony from New Haven, CT United States   The 2" Thick Grip Hammer Curl/Tricep Bar is really a handy piece for a home gym where space constraints can be a common problem for certain movements...Not with this bar, it can easily replace a curl bar especially on tricep movements. So far I've used it for lying tricep extensions (superset with standing hammer curls), skullcrushers, freedom presses (seated tri overhead extensions) and I even looped a heavy duty cable strap to it on a carabiner for additional triceps and biceps work. This bar with all its variations along with pullups and chins and weighted dips are all I really need for accessory triceps and biceps strength and hypertrophy, I can't recommend it enough. The only thing left to desire (not enough to knock off a star and very minor), but it would've nice to have end caps on each of the four parts of the bar, but maybe Dean will send them out if I ask nicely lol, every piece I've got from him is top notch and this bar is on the same level! shitty packing March 25, 2018 Reviewer: neil myers from San Antonio, TX United States   I'm amazed it wasn't scratched to shit when it arrived. Only through the care and attention of UPS employees did the thin box this bar came in not disintegrate completely. Only packing material was shrink wrap not completely wrapping the bar. Bar has two annoying pinhead sized bumps on obvious gripping areas. No badass Black Widow stickers included. Otherwise excellent piece of equipment for skull crushers, pullovers, press and bent rows. wow March 25, 2018 Reviewer: Patrick Cleary from Middleburg Heights, OH United States   This bar is top notch, well worth the price , craftsmanship is excellent.  I love the feel of this bar, especially the 2' diameter bar. This bar is way better than some of the other bars at  my gym.  This will be my  go to, total  arm bar.  Think about it ,you can superset / combine  many arm exercises together, all with one bar.  I will not hesitate, to order again from Black Widow.  Overall , an excellent product. The best specialty bar I have ever used. November 28, 2016 Reviewer: Daniel from Escondido, CA United States   Very ergonomic. Best for curls, overhead press, and rows. Secure grip on powder coat with a bit of chalk. The welds look solid. Never before did overhead press that felt so natural. Just wide enough to clear my head. Better clearance than dumbbells.
