Great ergonomics December 14, 2014

Racking both end (tip) of my 47 inch EZ curl bar (with weight plate placed inside of the rack frame) was awkward to set up and unsafe as my lifting weight increased. This curl bar solved it. Besides being rackable, the bar thickness is 2 inches is more comfortable than regular EZ curl bar for this type of exercise. The center of the bar is V-shaped so that my grips are close each other and the angle causes no strain in my wrist. So I can lift with heavier weight. The bar itself is light weight which is another point I like. You do not find this style bar at any place else. Highly recommended.

Rackable Curl Bar January 12, 2014

Great Bar.

It was much wider in diameter than I expected (2" inches) but after using it once I really liked it.  Also, whoever is doing your powercoating is doing a great job.  Excellent feel.

My next Black Widow purchase will be a trap bar/military press bar combo if it can be fabricated.

Thanks again.

Awesome for Zerchers December 9, 2013
Reviewer: Marcos Torres from New Braunfels, TX United States
I've been wanting to add Zerchers back into my program but was growing tired of the elbow soreness from regular barbell. Bumped up to the denser metal because I wouldn't curl much with it. Able to go much heavier and not nearly as painful a great addition to change up the routine. Thumbs up!
