I'm Mr.Reyna and let me tell you. After two acromial separations and the ensuing deformity, I have not bench pressed in years! These handles were born from necessity. When used in conjunction with a variable incline bench the angles of contraction are unparalleled. You get the smoothness of a plate loaded leverage press but the destabilization of dumbells. So as opposed to being locked in like a smith machine, you get the sickest contractions and neural adaptation from lateral stabilization. Pressing facing the landmine base VS. Pressing away from illicits the sickest clavicular pectoral contraction ever as pressing away from the base requires an up and over arc. Just plain nasty for filling in that upper slab of beef on the pecs. The delt press is superior to the lifefitness plate loaded machine. Props to Dean for breathing life into an idea, saving me from a life of flat chest'edness, and giving me a few more years outta these shoulders. Best money spent to save these joints!
