Our Close Grip Row Cable attachment has the same size grip as all our regular bars.

CNC cut plates.

Use on cable machines, pulling a sled, or hook some bands to an upright/pull up bar and use for rows or pull downs. We also use this as a close grip push up bar: just place it on the ground.

Really nice. No knurling on the handles but the powder coat is tacky and maintains grip just fine. Outstanding customer service throughout the ordering process.
