This bar is built like a tank and will hold any weight you can load on it. This bar is perfect for floor presses and z presses.

Seeing how I had an old motorcycle injury years back, this bar is perfect for JM presses and other barbell exercises  because it takes the strain off your wrists

5 of 5 Neutral Grip Bar December 7, 2020

Very well made. Fit and finish are excellent.
I use this bar for hammer curls and triceps exercises
as well as over head pressing.

The handle spacing is perfect. The overall size works
great in the limited space area of my home gym.

5 of 5 Neutral Grip (Curl) Bar July 17, 2020

I have been shopping for a way to have both arms be able to work together in a neutral grip.  I had been shopping for cable attachments that would facilitate that motion, because I didn't know any better.  I found this bar, and knew it was what I was looking for.  I had my first bicep day with the bar today (the day is not exclusively for biceps, but I do all of my bicep exercises on one day in my rotation), and I think that it was the best bicep day that I have ever had.  I expect the same for tricep extensions, although I haven't used the bar for that yet.  The bar has the perfect spacing between the handles to keep your arms and hands in perfect neutral-grip position.  Nice work.

5 of 5 Great Bar! October 14, 2019

The neutral grip bar is like a compact size Swiss bar. Great if you are not looking for something too big and long. Hand spacing is about 20 inches and just right for pressing and other exercises. I don't need t go any wider. It could be made rackable by leaving space on the ends to catch the hooks. I have done bench presses with it  inside a half rack. I will try floor presses with it next. I'll just have to set up and make sure I am safe. The quality is excellent. Great finish and easy to grip on. I would trust it 400 lbs or more no problem. I'm glad I bough it. There are not many Swiss type bar at this size. I workout at home and don't have room for a 7 ft long bulky Swiss bar.

5 of 5 Neutral grip bar January 16, 2017

Hello this is my second bar from you, I'm very happy with it. The bar was finished really well just like the last. It doesn't have knurling, and I knew that before my purchase, and while I thought I needed it , I really didn't.  It's a very solid bar,  the only small issue I had was the cap on one of the ends was smashed in, but it's just a plastic cap, and in no way affects the bars use.  I plan on ordering more equipment from them and will probably ask for a new plastic cap when I do.  I'm absolutely certain that this company will take care of it. This bar was packaged very well, so I don't think it happened in transit.
