BWTG never disappoints! Bar review July 18, 2022 Reviewer: JM from Oklahoma   I received the bar in about 3 weeks from ordering which was sooner than I expected so that was great.  I really like the handle angle of the grips on the bar for overhead pressing.  I have some shoulder issues and using this bar I have no pain associated with overhead pressing now.  I wasn’t expecting the sleeves on the bar to be as textured as they were or the diameter of the handles but I actually love the handles now.   Great bar in all I would recommend for anyone with shoulder issues.  I have bout 3 of these from other places and this one is by far the best. ZEE bar rules August 4, 2020 Reviewer: Chuck from Florida   Had been wanting a neutral type bar for a while and had the ZEE/Ferrugia bar on my favorites list. Finally sprung for it and man am I thrilled with it. Dean can customize it any way you want but I opted for the original with the 2" 15° angled grips and I'm so glad I did. First session I immediately set two overhead press PRs. This bar is great for strongman training and you can use it for OHP/log, bench, rowing and curls. On rowing and curls it hits your grip nicely. Built like a tank and worth the very fair price. Second item Ive bought from Dean and wont be my last. Was this review helpful to you?

Sweet Bar October 1, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person   I've used this bar for bench, overhead press, rack pulls, and rows. It feels great for all of these. haven't been able to do either bench or OHP with a straight bar for some time due to shoulder issues. Will likely do business with Black Widow again in the future. ZEE Bar August 27, 2016 Reviewer: Paul Ford from CARROLLTON, TX United States   Very well made bar.  The first one came with the wrong handle spacing and Dean bent over backwards to take care of everything, I couldn't ask for better customer service.   Easier on my shoulders than a straight barbell and easier than working around a Swiss bar.  Also great for narrow grip bench and floor press, and really works the triceps. I also appreciate innovative tools to improve your training. But most items aren't worth your hard earned money. But this is a bar that I will use in my daily training. Another Great BWTG Bar March 11, 2015 Reviewer: Rob Alexander from Benicia, CA.   As someone that knows a little bit about welding I am so impressed by the quality of the welds. The powder coat is perfect too.  I got it and promptly smashed shoulders with it. Great design and the think handles really put the stress where it belongs. This is my 4th BWTG bar!
