would not reccomend December 11, 2020 Reviewer: Tyler from Arizona   1 star Review rating is based off if I would reccomend to a friend. No and hell no. Took over three months to recieve, which had I been told that from start- no big deal. However when you finally get emailed back. You get blatant lies "1-2 weeks" multiple times. Long Wait, Wrong Size, No Response August 20, 2020 Reviewer: Mike M. from Knoxville , TN United States   I've ordered a few different items from Black Widow during the pandemic time and I've had various experiences. All of the products I've received (cambered bar, spotter arms, and J-cups) have been built very well and I've been pleased with the quality of their products, but the customer service/experience has been less than desirable. The spotter arms and J-cups were both custom and took around two months to receive, which I understand due to the crazy high volume and custom nature of the builds. The tough part has been the delayed/lack of response from Black Widow when I tried to check-in about 6-weeks after I placed the order, and again when I received the wrong size of J-cups. I've emailed and Instagram messaged them twice trying to figure out how to get a refund/the correct size but keep getting either no response or the automated one. I'll update this once I get a response, but until then I have a set of J-cups that I waited months to receive that are completely useless to me. Was this review helpful to you?

Update to my 8/3/2020 review August 4, 2020 Reviewer: Chris Coyle from Pennsylvania   In response to the reviewer who noted that the UHMW screws aren't countersunk (recessed), mine are flush or just barely recessed.  Definitely not protruding, so I'm not worried about contact with the bar knurling.  My cheapie Titans are recessed maybe 1/8 inch.  The difference is not a problem as far as I'm concerned.   The horizontal surface of the BWTG J-cups is 2 1/4 inches.  My Titans are 2 7/8.  I prefer the shorter length. Great quality, perfect fit, worth it August 3, 2020 Reviewer: Chris Coyle from Pennsylvania   J-cups came today and fit perfectly on my old rack with 1" holes on 3" centers.  Quality is, of course, top notch.  No UHMW on the front lips, just bare metal, but that's the same as every brand I've ever seen. I just stretch some old bicycle inner tube over the lips to protect my bar. Gonna use these for the heavy stuff and relegate my cheapie Titans to lighter duty where a failure won't maim me. This is my 3rd BWTG purchase. Neutral grip viking press handle and swiss bar were the others.  I don't mind paying extra for high quality, handmade American gear that I know will outlive me. Good, but needs small improvement June 8, 2020 Reviewer: Brad from MI United States   The size and fitment are perfect. They seem heavy duty and high quality. My only complaint is that they are angled down down so the bar rolls to the front of the j-cup pretty fast, which is ok. However, there is no uhmw plastic on the front lip. So your bar is always going to have metal on metal contact because that's the default position of the bar. Was this review helpful to you?

Necessary J-Hooks for the GPR 378 June 8, 2020 Reviewer: John from Morris Plains, NJ United States   The Black Widow J-Hooks for the GPR 378 are a necessisity given the large amount of space in the hooks that come with the rack. Custom Fit June 1, 2020 Reviewer: Kleid from CO   Wanted a pair for 2"x2" uprights, but needed the pad to be 4.5" from the pin. It came in exactly as I asked and fits perfectly. Body Solid GPR-378 J-Cups April 3, 2020 Reviewer: Damian from Augusta, GA   I received these yesterday and have to say the quality and craftsmanship is excellent.  The powder coating is high quality and the build is heavy duty.  A nice addition to my new Texas Power Bar.  Thank you Dean and great job.
