Easily handles my 280lb body without a hint of flex. Reasonably light weight, easy to put on and take off. Beautiful spider laser cut into the sides, these were also on my multi grip pull-up bar for the same rack. Bwtg in general is beyond 5 stars on everything I’ve ever gotten from them.
