Useful tool, not just for rows. August 1, 2018 Reviewer: Happy Customer from Richmond Hill, NY United States   I purchased this handle so I could use more weight on dumbbell rows. It serves that purpose well, and I've found that it has some other uses in addition to that one: 1. Suitcase deadlifts. 2. If you row with 25s instead of 45s you can get an extended RoM at the top. 3. Dumbbell curls with either hand position. 4. The extra room for plates makes it good for pressing if your current dumbbell cannot accommodate enough weight. You can just grab the thicker part of the handle and load up a bunch of 10s or 25s. 5. You can also press with the thinner handle to strengthen the stabilizer muscles in the shoulder and back. I would definitely recommend this product, and I'm even considering buying another one for heavy farmer's walks and simulating a trap-bar deadlift since I don't have room for one. Works Perfectly July 26, 2018 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Fairfield, CT United States   It's a simple piece of equipment but it works really well. Loaded up with 25s, 10s, and 5s, it works very well, but I'd imagine anything larger would get pretty clumsy to row with. Only thing to note is that my spring collars do not hold the plates on very well, so if you tip the handle it will dump the weights. Great product! Was this review helpful to you?

Holy crap March 18, 2018 Reviewer: Dean Jackson from Seattle, WA United States   Way nicer than expected at this price.  Was trying to figure out a way to use weights I already own for kroc rows, and this fills the bill; other options were all going to be 2-3x the price after either buying Rogue's handles ($$$) or after buying 1" handles plus 100+ pounds of new weights. Solid piece of equipment January 14, 2018 Reviewer: Gerald McDermott from South Plainfield, NJ United States   I purchased this row handle despite the fact that I have a complete set of hex dumbbells (5-100 lbs.). I like the fact that it allows me to go heavier than 100 lbs. if need be, but I also like the improved range of motion that it offers. Rowing with this handle is sort of like a hybrid of a dumbbell/kettlebell row, with all the advantages of both. I will get a lot of use out of this thing...thanks. Was this review helpful to you?

Solid Products & Great Customer Service March 3, 2017 Reviewer: Erik Stepelton from Orlando, FL United States   Very ingenious design to allow for full ROM rows. This essentially replaces a landmine and Meadows handle for Meadows rows, along with being great for Kroc rows. Dean didn't have these in stock when I came to his website, but after an email he got them restocked, out for delivery, and to my house within the week. Couldn't be happier.
