take your pulldowns to the next level July 2, 2021 Reviewer: Jacob Justice from Lubbock, TX United States   increased grip load, more fiber recruitment and a sexy looking bar to boot. now that my grip strength has risen to the challenge of this fatter bar, it no longer inhibits the weight i pull. you will feel this in your hands, forearms and arms in addition to your back. i got rid of my standard size lat bar after getting used to this. thick grip is where its at! Great bar, great delivery May 25, 2021 Reviewer: Jeremiah from OR, United States   I emailed in a bit over a week after ordering to check in on the bar and got an auto reply mentioning a potential 5 week manufacture timeframe but their manual reply let me know it had already shipped.  It arrived a few days later in great packaging.  The bar's powder coat gives it an almost aggressive grip, though maybe that will smooth out with use.  It's big and thick, everything I was hoping for.    Now to make room in the garage so I can have an excuse to order some more! Awesome Bar April 15, 2021 Reviewer: Abs from Frisco, TX United States   Bar was delivered earlier than expected. It was well packaged and in great shape. I love this bar. It has normal bend angles (mandrel bent I believe) but because of the bar diameter it's comfortable to grab even right on the bends. It has a thick and robust attachment point for the cable end. It's coated in a black textured powder coat that has a great grip that seems to do well when wet. It has a strong texture but hasn't so far been hard on my skin. For some reason I thought it was a solid bar, but glad it's not. At 2-inches thick and 48" wide it would be ridiculously heavy if solid and then offset the stack weight too much. It's a tube that appears to be mandrel bent with a moderate wall thickness and caps on the ends, but it's the right weight and feels right. Was this review helpful to you?
