Excellent Product August 23, 2020 Reviewer: Derek Doherty from Boston, MA United States   Spotter arms are very high quality. Fits my rack like a glove, and well done powder coating keeps them looking sharp. Lead time took a long time --more than double their estimate. Understandable given the Covid crisis at the time, but CS gave misleading updates on lead time. Would easily be 5/5 stars if not for that small issue. Was this review helpful to you?

Worth the Wait August 20, 2020 Reviewer: Mike M. from Knoxville , TN United States   Very pleased with the quality and look of the spotter arms. I had a rack with strange dimensions (2x2 with 1.25" holes), so I didn't think I'd ever be able to find spotter arms for it. Spotter Arms July 19, 2020 Reviewer: Ron Perez from Coppell, TX United States   Product was made well. Took 7 weeks to arrive after being told "next week" for 3 straight weeks. Had to ask for a refund before a Shipping Tracking number was sent to me. And still never got a response to my refund request. Just went ahead and blew me off. Terrible customer service. Spotter arms for Rogue Echo Rack July 5, 2020 Reviewer: Dave from Sacramento, CA United States   I got these for my older Rogue Echo rack that no one made spotter arms for...not even Rogue. Specs on the rack for reference: 2x2 uprights with half inch pins. Super high quality and very well built. Dean is easy to work with...no bs. High Quality Product - Slow Ship & High Cost June 20, 2020 Reviewer: Derek from Boston   The good and the bad: GOOD: These spotter arms are high quality steel, custom built to fit your rack like a glove. Impressive and lasting craftsmanship. BAD: Very slow shipping (7 weeks from order to delivery), quick but inaccurate responses from customer service. Likely due to surge in demand from Covid-19, so lead times may improve for you. The spotter arms are also expensive -- I paid more for these arms than the bargain 2x2 rack they are now attached to -- but a bargain compared to the cost of a hospital visit. The peace of mind is worth it at any cost, and if you're like me with a rack that doesn't have spotter arms to fit your specs, this is worth the price. Was this review helpful to you?
