Great Bar!!! June 23, 2016 Reviewer: Steve from Flint, Michigan   I just received this bar today, and I'm very happy how fast I received it. Ordered it on Monday , and received it on Thursday of the same week. I ordered it with the collars, and it arrived perfectly packed. It had both collars on one end of the bar and the entire bar was Saran wrapped, and boxed really well. I opened it and found it to be in perfect condition. I really like these collars, and after getting them I found my OSO axle collars work well also on this bar. The OSO collars are $50, and these work just as well for $15. The OSO collars only take half the space as these collars, but I have plenty of space .The bars welds look excellent, and both collar ends have cap plugs in them. The bottom of the u portion of the bar does not have any caps, but also doesn't need them in my opinion. There is no knurling anywhere on this bar, and after lifting with it, it doesn't seem to bother me like I thought it would. I would rate this bar a 9 out of 10. Was this review helpful to you?

Great bar to have in your arsenal... September 12, 2015 Reviewer: Seth Nels from La Fayette, NY United States   Got this as an upgrade to my traditional cap barbell standard grip tricep bar. Wow what a good move. The spacing is perfect to fit your head inside for increased range of motion allowing you to go directly to your forehead with the reps as apposed to behind your head which takes the tention off the triceps and puts unwanted pressure on your neck. Works awesome for hammer curls as well. I really like the thick grip too!! Great job Black Widow!!!!! Was this review helpful to you?

Very nice, high quality June 18, 2015 Reviewer: Lincoln from Edmond, OK United States   I am really pleased with the bar.
