Perfect solution! August 14, 2017 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Fayetteville , NY United States   I purchased these J-Cups for my Body Solid GPR378 Rack.  These J-Cups add great versatility to the rack, especially on the front of the rack when used with the Black Widow Custom Spotter Arms.  Not only do the J-Cups make it easier to lift off and replace the bar during lifting, the utility of the Custom Spotter Arms allow me access in-and-out of the rack from the sides so that I can readily alternate exercises between the bar and the stack.  Live them both, and I highly recommend them! Superb Quality August 1, 2017 Reviewer: Joseph from San Antonio, TX United States   The craftsmanship of these Black Widow J-Cups are superb.  They hold all my weights no problem.  I purchased these to replace the ones that came with my power rack.  The Body Solid GPR 378 J-Hooks were terrible and needed to be thrown away.  The Body Solid J-Hooks  stuck out way to far and made bench pressing uncomfortable and unsafe.  I felt like an injury was just waiting to happen.  With these Black Widow J-Cups they are much shorter and I no longer have to awkwardly sway the bar over my head.  I can't believe Body Solid J-Hooks had such terrible designs.   If you have the GPR 378 power rack you need these J-Cups. Ordered these from black widow, they fit perfect, and are exactly what I was looking for, the make squats and bench pressing annoyance free! Fast shipping too. I would highly recommend these. Solid J-Cups March 22, 2017 Reviewer: Richard S from Mount Pleasant, SC United States   Excellent quality and great customer service.  Dean worked with me to make sure the J-Cups would fit the odd hole size on my rack.  The J-Cups are super high quality and a 100% improvement over my old set.  The materials used are very thick and strong, and the welds and finish look great too.
