5 of 5 VHS bar March 1, 2024

I've been exercising with this bar for a few weeks now and I've been enjoying it. The bar arrived within 5 weeks of placing my order. The stock VHS bar is 80" long with 13" sleeves. But Dean was kind enough to chop 5" off of each sleeve, as requested. The knurling is excellent. But it probably wasn't necessary since the stock powder coat is already grippy.

Along with the different exercises illustrated in the above videos, I like doing neutral-grip shrugs with this also.

Just arrived 2nd BW bar again unreal quality
beyond versatile, I have 30 speciality bars, totally didn't need this but BW makes too good of a product at fair price not to add this to collection

primarily using for chest, back and shoulder movements but can do pretty much any movement you creat

5 of 5 Super versatile bar July 31, 2023

Dean helped me come up with the final design after a lot of back and forth. I do not know of another open Swiss bar like this. The YT video speaks for itself on how much this bar can offer for exercises potentials. I have the original bar, it weighs 37 pounds, super sturdy, knurling feels very good.
Yes, you should get one.
