Home > How To Measure Your Rack For Attachments
This page is going to be a work in progress. So please forgive it not being completely finished, and it'll be a little scatter brained as I try get it organized..

Here is a list of some of the more popular squat racks and their measurements. If you have one of these racks, great, life is simple just copy the dimensions over to the options of the rack attachment you're buying. If you don't have one of these racks, then I'll explain how to measure what you have further down the page.

Rogue Monster: 3x3 uprights. 1" pin. 43" between uprights.
Rogue Monster Light: 3 x 3 uprights. 5/8" pin. 43" between uprights.
Body Solid GPR 378: 3 x 3 uprights. 1-1/4" pin. 40" between uprights. Horizontal bolt pattern up top.
Iron Master IMI1500: 2-3/8 x 2-3/8 uprights. 5/8" pin.

The absolute best way to determine what size pin you need for your rack if you are unsure about the hole size, is to measure the hole with a tape measurer or ruler and go to a hardware store to buy a bolt of the same size. If your hole looks to be 1" or just slightly larger, grab a 1" bolt and see how easily it goes through. Also, most racks will use the same size hardware to bolt everything together, so you can take a bolt out and measure it.
