There are so many possibilities that our Landmine can offer.

Insert an olympic bar in the sleeve, insert other end into a bumper plate, (2) 45lb steel plates or any push sled cup. There is a variety of exercises like shoulder presses, rows, cleans and laterals. Rotates in every direction so you can seamlessly move from one exercise to another.

Easily will fit in a gym bag. Attachments are only limited by your imagination.

First, let me start by saying that shipping was insanely fast. I ordered on a Wednesday and received my package on Friday. Now, on to the actual Landmine. I finally pulled the trigger after hearing glowing reviews about Black Widow TG all over the internet and they weren't lying. The build quality is exceptional. Its simple design allows for multiple workouts and is easily put away when not in use.
