Great bar. October 20, 2018 Reviewer: Jason from MN United States   I’m working on my front rack mobility but not there yet so ordered this bar, wow.  Could really feel the difference how it works the legs with out having to focus on my weak (my issue) front rack position. best specialty bar ever! January 21, 2018 Reviewer: Mike from Sevierville , TN United States   I bought this bar because I have trouble in the front rack position and using heavier weights it’s hard to use straps to hold it. This bar solves any problems I had doing front squats and allows me to do heavy front squats. Definitely worth the money! Was this review helpful to you?

Exactly what I needed. December 12, 2017 Reviewer: Brian M. from Chesapeake, VA United States   I had been wanting to add front squats to my training, but when using a barbell the weight was limited by my comfort level.  This bar takes the pressure off of my arms and shoulders so I can focus on building my quads and back. Great Bar/Great Service August 31, 2017 Reviewer: Jacob from Annandale, VA United States   I've had the bar for a bit over a week now with the opportunity to use it 3 times.  Its a game changer as far as I'm concerned.  I've long felt that front squats are one of the most productive exercises but as I've gotten a bit older lack of flexibility in my wrists/shoulders has impacted my ability to properly rack the bar.  Not satisfied with the stability of the cross arm or strap hold, I decided to pick this up.  It allows me to properly hold the weight in the front rack without the discomfort or instability of other options.  The fit and finish on the bar are excellent, it was delivered in about a week from order and packed well for shipment.  Highly recommended and I will be ordering from BWTG again soon. a+ August 18, 2017 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from newport news, VA United States   Bought the bar as a gift for my son, but liked it so much that I gave him some cash and kept the bar. I have never been able to front squat because of mobility issues and straps never felt balanced. What a great idea for a bar. Dean also did me a huge favor by shipping it out the same day purchased. Nice Bar November 16, 2016 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from Upstate, NY United States   This bar makes it much easier to do a proper front squat. Front Squat Bar October 9, 2016 Reviewer: Christopher Huffman, CSCS from Boise, ID United States   I broke my arm about 10 years ago, also tore ligaments in wrist around 2 years after that, and then scar tissue etc etc....  Bar is a godsend, can front squat pain free.  Fat bar size helps on shoulder comfort for many of our clients.  Also can be used for fat bar, even used as a backup safety squat when other bar was in use.  Almost wish there was a handle that pinned into both holes at the same time, then boom - farmers handles.   Dirt cheap, buy it.
