Perfect for Kroc rows May 31, 2015 Reviewer: Doug Reichel from Illinois   If you like doing Kroc rows but go to a gym without larger dumbbells, this handle is the perfect solution.  I can load more weight than I could ever row on this handle.  The build quality is awesome and the powder coat is perfect. Nice handle March 21, 2015 Reviewer: bartmann   I tried it with 45lb plates, but I found it too awkward, though tolerable. It works with 25lb plates really well and can hold 10 of them, far more than I can lift. I would buy again. Was this review helpful to you?
