Description   Our Low Profile Spotters are only designed for use on 3x3 racks at the moment. The spotter arm is a true 3x3 tube. You need 4 way holes on your uprights, Holes on the front of your rack and offset on the side 1" (Most new racks on the market have this set up) Spotters come standard with UHMW to protect the barbell. Option for UHMW to protect the rack is available. If your rack is 3x3 with 5/8" pins you can choose to have 1" holes in the spotter arms. Most spotter arm attachments nowadays use 1" holes. Spotter arm holes are spaced 2" on center. Choosing the 18" option you will be able to fit the Spotters facing each other inside the rack and use them with Mutant Metals or Gym Equipped handles for dips. If you are unsure email your rack model or a pic of the upright. Spotter arm picture is Clear Coat finish, if choosing a custom color leave in the comments for color request. Amazing quality April 10, 2024 Reviewer: Matthew Kozicki from Northbrook, IL United States   Just as the title says, the quality of these are amazing. The power coat is perfect, the welds are clean, they function very well. I really like the design of how compact they are. I am overall extremely pleased. The only thing I can think of that would be a nice bonus offer, would be if there could possibly be a shim created to make them have a tighter fit on my REP PR4000 rack. I can do that myself if it ever actually bothers me. As is they sit plenty tight enough on my rack, and the rack itself is 2.95"x2.95" so it is not Black Widow's fault that their spotters designed for 3"x3" racks don't fit as snug as I would prefer. 5/8" rack hole users rejoice! January 22, 2024 Reviewer: Arden Doss from CULVER CITY, CA United States   I was envying the low profile spotter arm options 1" hole racks had, Blackwidow to the rescue.  Went with the smaller length, has a 5/8 pin and a slotted hole for a hitch pin to secure...with 1" holes on the arms for various handles when I do my hatfield squats.  Really, a great design and flawless execution. Perfect match for my compact 4 post 16” Rep Ares - fits great up top out of the way next to the floating pulley. Packaging was perfect, too - zero chance of damage in transit, which is great news since the details/finish are super high quality. Finally back to barbell benching and real squats!
